Managing Partners

Nancy OLoughlin

Co-Founder/Managing Partner

Nancy is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager of a boutique oceanfront hotel, responsible for all aspects of operations including profit and loss management. Throughout her career, Nancy has consistently advanced due to her effective leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to building strong teams.

In addition to her professional achievements, Nancy actively contributes to her community. She is a dedicated cellist with the Saint Augustine Orchestra and has served on its Board of Directors and as Treasurer, supporting the local arts community. She also served on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit childcare facility affiliated with her Methodist church, where she held the position of Director. Additionally, Nancy participated actively on the church council and finance committee, highlighting her commitment to community leadership and financial stewardship.

Nancy is an adventure enthusiast who enjoys hiking challenging trails and scuba diving. As a certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach, she developed specialized youth fitness programs aimed at encouraging lifelong healthy habits.

Balancing her professional and community roles, Nancy is also a proud mother of five boys, enjoying family life filled with adventure and activity.

Mike O’Loughlin

Co-Founder/Managing Partner

A Navy veteran and seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in construction, leadership, hospitality, and asset management. I began my career in construction and renovation earning my general contractors license, before transitioning into renovations and daily management of a 124-unit independent hotel and leading 3 major renovations with time, budget, and occupancy restraints. Now expanding into Multifamily properties I will leverage my expertise to identify and develop high-value investment opportunities.

Mike O’Loughlin

Co-Founder / Managing Partner

A Navy veteran and seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in construction, leadership, hospitality, and asset management. A hospitality operations leader, licensed General Contractor, and asset-focused problem solver with more than two decades of experience improving underperforming properties and complex operating environments. His background spans hotel general management, asset management, and construction-driven value creation, with a consistent record of stabilizing operations, executing major renovations, and delivering capital projects on time and on budget.

Throughout his career, Michael has been entrusted by ownership groups to step into challenging situations—often involving distressed assets, aging infrastructure, or operational inefficiencies—and bring structure, accountability, and measurable results. While his formal title has frequently been General Manager, his scope of responsibility has consistently mirrored that of a Chief Operating Officer, including full P&L oversight, capital planning, contractor management, and cross-functional leadership, while reporting directly to investors.

Michael specializes in operational turnarounds, cost control, value engineering, and aligning people, processes, and physical assets to support long-term performance. His approach blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership, informed by extensive experience working alongside architects, engineers, and skilled trades to translate vision into buildable, profitable outcomes.

Today, his work focuses on hospitality operations, real estate assets, and advisory engagements where disciplined execution, clear communication, and responsible stewardship of capital are essential.
